Shipping

All pre-made items ships 3-4 business days.  Custom orders ships 5-7 weeks.  All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, no weekend shipping.  You will receive an update email including a delivery confirmation number for your shipment once the post office has confirmed that your order has been received.  Miss Nae's Comfy Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  Please make sure the shipping address is accurate because your order will be shipped to the address entered by customer.  Miss Nae's Comfy Creations is not responsible for transit times that are determined by USPS, those transit times are beyond Miss Nae's Comfy Creations control.  Miss Nae's Comfy Creations ships to all 50 states and to P.O. boxes.  At this moment, we do not ship outside the United States.
